OK SPA 23-0024 Nursing Facility Rebasing

For the rate period beginning July 1, 2023, a proposed amendment to the state plan will recalculate the Quality of Care (QOC) fee for regular nursing facilities, nursing facilities serving residents with acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) and acute intermediate care facilities for individuals with an intellectual disability (ICF/IID).  The state plan amendment will also implement rate increases mandated by Oklahoma Senate Bill 32X for regular nursing facilities, nursing facilities serving residents with AIDS, standard ICF/IIDs, and for acute ICF/IIDs
