1915(c) HCBS In-Home Supports Waiver for Children

The Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OHS) is seeking an amendment to the In-Home Supports Waiver for Children (IHSW-C). The IHSW-C serves individuals with intellectual disabilities ages 3 through 17. The specific changes include an update of the estimated cost of the waiver for years 1-5 as a result of OHS rate increases.  The rate increases include:

• legislatively mandated rate increases;
• increasing the individual cost limit as a result of legislatively mandated rate increases.

The IHSW-C is currently in the renewal process; however, the 30-day public comment period for the waiver renewal ran from 1/18/2022 to 2/17/2022.
