APA WF# 21-05A Medicaid Expansion and Durable Medicaid Equipment

Please note, parts of this rule change were previously approved by the OHCA Board of Directors and the Governor and are currently in effect as emergency rules. Additional revisions have not yet been approved. Due to Oklahoma Statutes, these rules must be taken through the permanent rulemaking process. 

The proposed rule changes will expand Medicaid eligibility for individuals defined by 42 Code of Federal Regulations § 435.119 who are age nineteen (19) or older and under sixty-five (65), at or below 133 percent of the federal poverty level (FPL), and who are not categorically related to the aged, blind, or disabled.
