APA WF# 21-03 Remove Reasonable Limits on Amounts for Necessary Medical and Remedial Care not covered under the Oklahoma Medicaid State Plan

The proposed rule changes remove rules placing reasonable limitations on medical expenses not covered under SoonerCare which could be used to offset the vendor payment for SoonerCare services received in a long-term care facility. The rules being removed had been approved but not implemented.
