Our current systems have served the agency well over the years and given us a successful foundation to build upon for the future. Today’s emerging technologies present us with a prime opportunity to take advantage of solutions that better align with current demands, achieve compliance with CMS requirements to modernize systems and improve interoperability, and gain better data insights that will allow us to make program improvements for the members and providers we serve.
