WHAT: The 6th Stakeholder Meeting – Incorporating Public Comment Sessions for the Oklahoma Dual Eligible Proposal
WHERE: Cameron University, CETES Conference Center, Room B, 2800 W. Gore Blvd, Lawton
WHEN: 10 a.m – 2 p.m. Thursday, May 3, 2012
Oklahoma is one of 15 states awarded a contract for the “State Demonstrations to Integrate Care for Dual Eligible Individuals” to explore new and innovative ways to better coordinate care for people who qualify for both SoonerCare and Medicare. Oklahoma is in the process of finalizing the proposal to formally submit to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for approval. The document was released for public comment on Friday, April 20. As part of the public comment process, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority is having a stakeholder meeting in Lawton to allow the public the opportunity to comment on the proposals.
