Sign the Apprenticeship Agreement: We’ll help finalize all documentation and guide you through state or federal registration as needed.

American Manufacturing Apprenticeship Incentive Fund

Manufacturing employers may be eligible for funding through the American Manufacturing Apprenticeship Incentive Fund, an initiative that supports the expansion of apprenticeship programs and strengthens the advanced manufacturing workforce.

A total of $35.8 million has been allocated to support this effort.

Incentive Overview

  • $3,500 incentive per apprentice
  • Payment is issued after the apprentice successfully completes a 90-day probationary period
    • Incentives support:
    • Newly enrolled apprentices
    • Upskilled incumbent workers
    • Eligible former apprentices entering new advanced manufacturing programs

New Sponsors Incentive

The Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education (ODCTE) recognizes Registered Apprenticeships as a proven strategy for employers to build sustainable talent pipelines while creating high-wage, in-demand career opportunities for Oklahomans.

To support employers in developing high-quality Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs) with support from ODCTE Apprenticeship TEAM.   ODCTE invites eligible employers to apply for Apprenticeship Incentive Reimbursement Funds to: Establish NEW Registered Apprenticeship Programs.
