For handgun licensing or criminal history questions please check our Frequently Asked Questions first by check the SDA section or the Criminal History FAQs, you may find the answer to your questions. To order law books or SDA applications, please visit the SDA Order Form. If you still have a question or concern but are unsure which "Regarding*" option selection to choose in the "Contact OSBI" form, please use the following as a guide. Please note that the OSBI does not issue driver licenses, please contact the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety for information pertaining to your driver license.
