Per Oklahoma Statute 74 O.S. § 3106.4 C 

“Personally Identifiable Information is collected and stored by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation in paper or electronic form in compliance with Criminal Justice Information Services Security Policy.   Personally Identifiable Information collected and stored by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) may include, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, place of birth, photographs, biometric records, and social security number.  Information collected is available for use by criminal justice agencies for law enforcement purposes, and with other entities when requested for a lawful purpose and such purpose is authorized by state or federal law.”
