Cold Case Video Series

The OSBI Cold Case Unit is highlighting the eight-year anniversary of an unfortunate incident that left two young women dead. On August 26, 2016, 23-year-old Emily Morgan and 24-year-old Totinika Elix were discovered with apparent gunshot wounds on a property near McAlester, Oklahoma.

Today, we sit down with Emily's mother, as she continues to seek justice for her daughter and Totinika.
