OK SPA 24-0008 Electronic Visit Verification for Home Health Services
The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) will seek approval of a State Plan amendment to attest that an electronic visit verification system is used for home health services that require an in-home visit by a provider. This requirement was established in the 21st Century Cures Act; the agency is already in compliance and this amendment is solely to provide assurances.
