State Plan Personal Care (SPPC) Rate Revision for Nurse Assessment/Evaluation Visit (OK SPA 23-0031)

At the request of the Oklahoma Human Services, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority will amend the reimbursement rate for the SPPC nurse assessment/evaluation visit (T1001), to provide a reimbursement rate that correlates with the corresponding reimbursement rate of for $97.50 ADvantage Waiver and other 1915(c) waivers.
