1915(c) HCBS In-Home Supports Waiver for Adults

The Oklahoma Department of Human Services (OHS) is seeking an amendment to the In-Home Supports Waiver for Adults (IHSW-A). The IHSW-A serves individuals with intellectual disabilities age 18 and over. The specific changes include increasing the number served in waiver years 1 through 5 from 2450 each year to 3091 in waiver year 1; 4266 in waiver year 2; 4507 in waiver year 3; 4650 in waiver year 4; and 4800 in waiver year 5.  Other changes include adding the agency model for PT, OT, speech and nutrition services.
