APA WF 23-09 Copayment Exemption for Expansion Adults

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires states to cover preventive services for expansion adults without any cost sharing. The proposed rules will update the list of services exempted from copayments to ensure the ACA requirement is reflected in the rule. Finally, the proposed rule changes will exempt vaccine administration from cost-sharing requirements.
