APA WF 22-10 Pay-for-Performance (PFP) Program

These rule changes were previously approved by the OHCA Board of Directors and the Governor and are currently in effect as emergency rules. Due to Oklahoma Statutes, these rules must be taken through the permanent rulemaking process.

The proposed rule revisions will remove outdated language and add new language to the PFP program payment criteria section. These revisions will align the most recent quality metrics modified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). The overall purpose of the proposed rule revisions will be to maintain compliance with federal requirements and continuity of processes.
