APA WF 23-05 Notification of Date of Service (NODOS) Timeframe Change

The proposed revisions update rules on application procedures regarding the process of filing a Notification of Date of Service (NODOS).  The current 5-day requirement for the hospital to file the electronic NODOS will remain in effect; however, after the electronic NODOS is filed, the applicant or someone acting on behalf of the applicant will have 40 days to submit a completed SoonerCare application instead of the current 15 days.
