OK SPA 22-0019 Eliminate Community Based Extended (CBE) and Community Based Transitional (CBT) Levels of Care

The proposed Title XIX state plan amendment will eliminate the CBE residential level of care reimbursement rate for private, Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) with 17 beds or more. Currently, there is one contracted CBT facility utilizing the rate and the facility will transition to a standard PRTF.
