Comments

Melissa Gower: This rule was not presented at the tribal consultation meeting.  However, at that meeting there was a request by the tribes to have a workgroup meeting to discuss the rule and OHCA said they would do that, but to date there has been no meeting date set.  Therefore, I feel this rule should not be processed until OHCA has had a chance to review it with the tribes and consult on the rule, otherwise no tribal consultation has taken place.
