Electronic Visit Verification FAQs

The State of Oklahoma is transitioning from the current EVV system, Fiserv’s AuthentiCare, to a new system, Acumen’s Direct Care Innovations (DCI). This change is being made to improve system performance and enhance the user experience for providers, members and stakeholders.

The transition is part of an ongoing effort by the State of Oklahoma to:

  • Improve overall system performance.
  • Create a better user experience.
  • Position the program for future scalability and support.

At this time, the project timeline has not been finalized. Stakeholders will be notified as soon as a timeline is established.

The transition will take place in phases:

  • Design
  • Develop
  • Test
  • Implement

This phased approach will help ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to services.
