If a technology center would like to use an existing PID, CTIMS Support will need to associate that PID with the correct division.
If the technology center prefers to create a new PID, a non-instructor PID will need to be requested. I have attached the info-submitter guidebook (page 28) to assist with creating the PID.
Please note that the PID must be tied to the Apprenticeship Division. If the Apprenticeship Division is not available as a drop-down option, this should be clearly noted in the request.
