The Pharmacy Help Desk assists with prescription claims. The help desk is available seven days a week with extended hours to help pharmacies and other providers solve prescription problems as they arise.

The help desk offers assistance with:
- Preferred product selection and exceptions
- Prior authorization questions
- On-line claims adjudication problems
- Drug coverage issues
- Patient eligibility questions
- Other pharmacy concerns
The service is available for pharmacies, physicians, other providers and members with questions or problems relating to any prescription issue.
