Pharmacy Help Desk

The Pharmacy Help Desk assists with prescription claims. The help desk is available seven days a week with extended hours to help pharmacies and other providers solve prescription problems as they arise.

Service Hours
Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.


The help desk offers assistance with:

  • Preferred product selection and exceptions
  • Prior authorization questions
  • On-line claims adjudication problems
  • Drug coverage issues
  • Patient eligibility questions
  • Other pharmacy concerns

The service is available for pharmacies, physicians, other providers and members with questions or problems relating to any prescription issue.
