317:30-5-695.1. Payment for eligible providers

To receive payment from the Oklahoma Health Care Authority, an eligible provider must:
(1) hold an active Medicaid contract with the OHCA;
(2) submit a claim form in the format required by the OHCA; and
(3) submit the claim timely to the OHCA.
