Mass Decontamination Units
Overview
There is ONE Mass Decontamination unit located in the state. The unit is a self-driven apparatus that contains the decontamination system inside. It contains a generator, the ability to produce hot water, and external decontamination shower heads. The unit cost $280,000 to build and equip.

- Decontaminating victims and responders at a rate of 150-200 persons per hour
- Rest and recovery center
- Medical treatment and triage
- Personnel staging area

- A Minimum of 10 Team Members
- A Minimum of 10 Team Members IFSAC-Certified to the NFPA 472 Hazardous Materials Operations Level
