Team Spotlight Award
Business, Marketing and Information Technology Education
Ronda Hill, Kylie Moulton, Kyla Hensley and Jake Phillips, Business, Marketing and Information Technology Education program specialists, have shown exceptional leadership and teamwork, making a positive and lasting impact on their division.
In addition to their regular responsibilities, they stepped up in extraordinary ways over the past several months.
One of their standout accomplishments was the creation of a comprehensive 42-page program playbook — a resource that provides guidance for educators on building and maintaining high quality programs. The resource covers everything from teacher certification and 412 funds to CareerTech student organization requirements and reporting.
On top of that, during a time when the division was short-staffed, they stepped up without hesitation to help plan and execute events, updating resources, streamlining processes and much more.
Their commitment to excellence and teamwork make them an invaluable asset to Oklahoma CareerTech, Oklahoma BPA and Oklahoma DECA.
