For 22 years, this conference has been the go-to event for Oklahoma’s counseling community—connecting school counselors, career advisors, and student services professionals from across the state.This year’s conference will highlight innovative practices, creative solutions, and collaborative approaches to address the ever-changing needs of students. We invite you to share your success stories, effective strategies, and engaging activities that can inspire and empower fellow professionals.

Topics of Interest Include:

• Engaging counseling activities for elementary students
• Strategies to motivate middle school learners
• Effective communication techniques for high school students
• Mental health awareness programs
• College and career readiness initiatives
• Social/emotional learning (SEL) and ESL support
• Self-care and 504 support strategies for staff and students

Proposal Submission Requirements

Please include the following information with your proposal:

• Session format (presentation, panel, or interactive session)
• Session title
• Presenter name(s)
• Session description (75–250 words)
• Target audience

📧 Notification: Accepted presenters will be notified via email. The submitter will serve as the primary contact for the session.
