  • Maintain ODCTE employee satisfaction rate of 85% or higher, as measured through employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Increase the percentage of staff who report understanding and aligning with CareerTech’s mission and strategic priorities to 90%.
  • Maintain staff retention across the ODCTE to be 90%.
  • Ensure that 100% of ODCTE staff have access to annual professional development opportunities aligned with agency priorities, workforce needs and professional growth.
