Increase state appropriations supporting the CareerTech system by $68 million to expand workforce training capacity statewide.

Increase the percentage of technology center students that are receiving federal and state financial aid — including Pell Grants and Oklahoma’s Promise.

Increase total external funding secured across the CareerTech system — including grants, partnerships and philanthropic contributions — by 10%.
