Title IX, Part A supports the education and stability of children and youth experiencing homelessness through the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act. The program helps ensure students facing housing instability have equal access to a free, appropriate public education by removing barriers to enrollment, attendance, and academic success while promoting school stability and support services.
