Title I, Part A supports schools in providing all students with a fair, equitable, and high-quality education, with a focus on improving academic achievement for students who are economically disadvantaged. Through federal funding, districts and schools use Title I resources to strengthen instructional programs, provide additional academic support, and help ensure every child has the opportunity to meet state academic standards.
