Title III, Part A

Supports English learners and immigrant students in attaining English proficiency and meeting academic standards. The program provides funding to help local education agencies (LEAs) to strengthen language instruction educational programs, support effective teaching strategies, and promote meaningful engagement with families and communities to ensure student success.
