Title I, Part C supports the educational needs of migratory children to help ensure they have the opportunity to meet the same academic standards as all students. Through the Migrant Education Program, states and districts provide supplemental services that address the unique educational and social needs of migratory students and their families while promoting school readiness, academic success, and high school graduation.
