Technology Center Administrator Program
Program Information
The Technology Center Administrator Program (TechCAP) supports current and aspiring leaders in Oklahoma’s CareerTech System by deepening their understanding of its operations and leadership. Participants explore how CareerTech prepares Oklahomans for success in the workplace, in education, and in life—while gaining hands-on experience, statewide networking opportunities, and insights from a variety of CareerTech leaders.
Cost: $1,150 per participant (subject to change)

Applicant Requirements
Applicants must:
- be employed by a technology center or the Oklahoma Department of CareerTech.
- have approval from your immediate supervisor.
- commit to attend all sessions.
TechCAP Program Format
Eight sessions are held monthly at technology centers across Oklahoma, each spanning two full days of high-quality leadership development. A required evening event supports cohort connection, and participants must attend at least one State Board of CareerTech Education meeting, either in person or virtually.
