What is the Pete Gailey Plan? The Pete Gailey Plan is a death benefit plan available to agricultural education instructors who are current members of the Oklahoma Agricultural Education Teacher's Association.
Due to the Pete Gailey Plan Policy and By-laws, 2022 is a MANDATORY form update for ALL current Pete Gailey members. This form should be completed at the following times:
- At time of enrollment (when a new teacher is first hired).
- When there are changes (name change, marital status, beneficiaries, address, etc.).
- When there are any updates.
Submit completed form by email to Josh Davis.
