What is the Pete Gailey Plan? The Pete Gailey Plan is a death benefit plan available to Agricultural Education Instructors who are current members of the Oklahoma Agricultural Education Teacher's Association.
This form should be completed at the following times:
- At Enrollment (when a new teacher is first hired).
- When there are changes (name change, marital statues, beneficiaries, address, etc.).
- When there are any updates.
