What is the Pete Gailey Plan? The Pete Gailey Plan is a death benefit plan available to Agricultural Education Instructors who are current members of the Oklahoma Agricultural Education Teacher's Association. 

Due to the by-laws, 2022 is a MANDATORY form update for ALL current Pete Failey members.

This form should be completed at the following times:

• At Enrollment (when a new teacher is first hired).
• When there are changes (name change, marital statues, beneficiaries, address, etc.).
• When there are any updates.
