OSBI Lab Outreach Training Cleet #22-31895
This 2-hour CLEET-accredited CE training takes place at the OSBI Forensic Science Center (FSC) in Edmond as well as host locations throughout the state. This training is designed for new officers, Evidence Officers/Technicians, as well as seasoned officers that would like a refresher/update in recommended practices. The training includes information on evidence handling, packaging, options for submissions, discipline-specific submissions, how to expedite analyses, and evidence destruction. Limited hands-on exercises are included. To accommodate your scheduling needs, the training is being offered on multiple days and at different times.
TO ATTEND TRAINING AT THE FORENSIC SCIENCE CENTER in EDMOND: Use the link below to sign up for training sessions at the OSBI Forensic Science Center currently scheduled for the remainder of 2024. To host training at your location contact OutreachTraining@osbi.ok.gov to schedule a date. The hosting agency will be responsible for securing the training location/room, inviting appropriate individuals/agencies to the training, and providing access to PowerPoint.
