In order to renew the initial issue of a T&I Teaching Certificate, License, or Provisional Certificate, according to the Policies and Procedures for Certification, approved by the State Board of Career and Technology Education:
The holder must pass an occupational competency examination approved by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education.
Effective July 1, 2018: Candidates must pass the Written test by the appropriate National Criterion-Referenced Cut Score depending on the occupational area AND the Performance test at or above 80%.
We accept these Certificates/Licenses in-lieu of the NOCTI examination.
