2-27-2023 Welch: Welch Public Schools is accepting applications for a Agriculture Instructor/FFA Advisor for the 2023-2024 school year. The agricultural education instructor is employed by the local school district and approved by the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education and the State Department of Education. The agricultural education instructor is to assist and supervise all students in developing a Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE). In addition, the agricultural education instructor will serve as advisor of the local FFA chapter and promote FFA activities as an integral part of the agricultural education experience. Finally, the agricultural education instructor is encouraged to promote and offer adult aducation to the community.

3-9-2023 Inola: Inola Public Schools is currently accepting applications for a second Agricultural Education/FFA Advisor for the 2023-2024 school year. Inola FFA is a growing program that is involved in CDE's, leadership events, public speaking, livestock projects and is deeply rooted in community service. Inola Public schools is seeking an individual who is well rounded, motivated and passionate about growing the chapter to it's fullest potential. The district recently passed a bond that will allow for a new shop to be built to the existing ag building as well as other improvements to the Ag Ed Department. Inola, Ok is located in Rogers County.

This position will be posted with hopes of receiving CareerTech funding for this new program. IF the position is not CareerTech funded this year, it wil be on a one year trial basis.
