Valero Ardmore Refinery

Valero Ardmore Refinery is a crude oil refinery which generates typical petroleum refining wastes. The only RCRA regulated unit is a closed, seven-acre land treatment unit (LTU) located at the northern end of the refinery. The Facility is also performing Corrective Action on groundwater beneath the site. There are no permitted hazardous waste storage areas. The LTU is in post-closure monitoring. Monitoring activities include groundwater monitoring and soil core analyses, both being performed semiannually, and continued remedial investigations and studies.
