Phillips 66 Ponca City Refinery

The Phillips 66 Ponca City Refinery is permitted for hazardous waste storage in containers and for a land treatment unit. There is also extensive Corrective Action underway to remediate petroleum contamination in the groundwater beneath the site. The permit for the refinery also regulates a ground water monitoring and remediation system.
