December 28, 1978

On December 28, 1978, the skeletal remains of Jean Michael Vincent were located in Seminole County, Oklahoma.   Vincent was a Canadian citizen traveling and working in the United States.  Jean went missing in April 1978 and his remains were found in a field in Seminole County.

July 4, 2016

On July 4, 2016, Justin Walker, white male, was involved in a domestic disturbance in Okemah, Oklahoma. When law enforcement arrived, Justin fled the scene. He has not been seen or heard from since.  Justin is approximately 6’1, 220 lbs, with brown hair and eyes.

Jessie Ward, age 83, was murdered in her home in Sasakwa, Oklahoma on December 27, 2011. Ward had been shot several times and at least two guns were taken from her home.

October 29, 1971

On October 29, 1971, Isaac "Mack" Watkins, age 54, was stabbed 24 times and left in the north ditch of Interstate 40, east of Sallisaw, Oklahoma.  Earlier the same day, Mack was returning home from a jobsite in Little Rock.  He picked up a male and female hitchhiker near Morrilton, Arkansas and were last seen together in Russellville.  The male was described around 22 years of age, long red hair, with a bushy mustache. His right hand was deformed in which his fingers may have been fused or grown together.  He had tattoos on both arms and the word “love” on his left hand.  The female was shorter than the male, about 18-20 years old with brown hair. She had a tattoo or birthmark on one of her ankles.

July 19, 1982

On July 21, 1982, the body of Doyle Watson was discovered in the rear of his 1977 Chevrolet pickup.  The vehicle was parked near Highway 277 near the Oklahoma/Texas state line in Cotton County. Watson had been shot. Watson was last seen alive on July 19, 1982, at approximately 2130 hours at Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City, where he had visited his wife who was hospitalized.

January 19, 1989

On January 19, 1989, the body of Joe Watson, age 20, was found in the back of a McDonald's restaurant on State Highway 75 in Okmulgee. Joe was the night manager at the restaurant and was found shot and beaten to death.  Joe was attending the Oklahoma State University Technical Branch and was a student in the air conditioning and refrigeration technology program.

November 9, 1979

On November 9, 1979, the body of Jean Watts, age 18, was discovered in her Lawton, Oklahoma home by her husband upon his return from a field training exercise at Fort Sill.  Jean died from strangulation and blunt force trauma to her head.

On June 5, 1975, the Latimer County Sherrif's Office responded to a scene located about 10 miles southeast of Wilburton, Oklahoma, near the Bengal Community.  Eli Waybourn and his wife Mary had been working in a heavily wooded area located about 1/4 mile from their residence when someone shot both of them from a distance.

July 28, 1984

On July 28, 1984, at 7:30 AM, Judy Weichert left her home to go jogging.  She was found at 9:45 AM near the Sundance Air Park on Sara Road, north of NW Highway in Oklahoma City.  Judy was on the side of the road where she had been stabbed.  Judy told witnesses that the suspect was a white male.  Judy was transported to the hospital and died from her injuries.

June 14, 1996

Barbara Willard was last seen on June 14, 1996, leaving work at the Simmons Chicken Processing Plant in Jay, Oklahoma. On June 26, 1996, Willard’s 1986 Mercury Cougar was located abandoned in rural Delaware County, Oklahoma.  Evidence obtained from the vehicle indicated foul play.  Willard has not been seen since.

On June 1, 1981, Boyd Williamson was discovered in his vehicle which was parked illegally in front of a motel in Elk City. Williamson had been shot in his back and right leg and later died at the hospital.

Bobbie Wofford was last seen alive in the early morning hours of July 5, 1999 at a Love’s Convenience Store in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. On November 4, 1999, the skeletal remains of Wofford were located at a rural location west of Kingfisher.  Evidence located at the scene suggested she had been murdered.

On Friday, September 23, 2006 Brett Wolfe was found lying face down on the floor of his apartment with his hands tied behind his back and his feet tied. He had been shot to death inside his Courtyard apartment in Seminole, Oklahoma.

On June 5, 2003, Pamela Woodring was found in water close to a bridge in rural Kiowa County, Oklahoma.  Woodring's body was nude when she was found.  Woodring was a known prostitute from the Cache Road area of Lawton, Oklahoma.

On February 15, 2004, Idabel Police Department asked OSBI to investigate a robbery that occurred at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Woodruff.  Theodore, age 66, later died from the injuries he received during the robbery.

November 24, 2001

Cedric Wright, black male, was seen getting into a white extended cab pickup in Creek County, Oklahoma, on November 24, 2001.  The pickup had dark tinted windows and was occupied by two unknown individuals.  Cedric left behind his cell phone, coat, and keys.  Cedric was 5'9", 200 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.

July 27, 2001

Between 9:00 PM on July 27, 2001, and 11:47 AM on July 28, 2001, Luella Wright was murdered in her home in Cheyenne, Oklahoma.  The week before she was murdered, on July 19, there were reports that somone broke into her house while she was sleeping and touched her hand.  Wright was found on her bed and died of severe blunt force injuires to her head.

January 5, 1999

Innocente "Shawn" Yanez was last seen January 5, 1999, at the residence he shared with his mother in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. His mother returned home after work and discovered the lights and television on, but Yanez was not inside the home. Yanez left his coat, cigarettes, and other personal belongings at the house.  Yanez was a Hispanic and Native American male, age 26, 6'2", 180 lbs, with brown hair and eyes. He was known to use last names Chavez and Gomez.

August 18, 2005

On August 18, 2005, Thomas Young was found dead in an unoccupied new home located on NW 148th Terrace in Oklahoma City. Thomas was a home builder in the Oklahoma City area.  He had been severely beaten and was on the floor inside the residence.  The residence was alarmed and there was no forced entry.  The motive is unknown.

On September 16, 2003, Sammy Youngblood's body was discovered by a passing motorist along East Poast Road in Norman, Oklahoma.  Sammy was deceased and had signs of head trauma.  He had been out with friends the night before the incident.
