On March 11, 2020, a passerby called 9-1-1 after discovering the body of 29-yeard-old Jennifer Jesse on SW 44th near Gregory Road in Union City, She had been shot multiple times.

Crystal Dawn Johnson

June 18, 2020

On June 18, 2020, the McCurtain County Sheriff’s Office requested assistance from the OSBI after a woman was found dead around 3 a.m. on Jasper Hollow Road southwest of Tom, Oklahoma. The woman was later identified as Crystal Dawn Johnson, age 40. The Medical Examiner reported Johnson died from multiple blunt force injuries.

Donald Johnson

June 5, 1990

On June 5, 1990, Donald Johnson, age 43, was shot to death at a salvage yard located on Highway 70 in Millerton, Oklahoma.

Freda Ingrid Johnson

January 20, 1999

On January 20, 1999, at 7:55 PM, officers responded to a residence reference a shooting. Upon arrival, they were met by Freda Johnson's husband. He stated that upon returning home, and stepping onto the front porch, he heard a gunshot. Officers entered the residence and discovered Freda deceased from a gunshot wound. Robbery appeared to be the motive.

Glenda Darlene Jones

April 9, 1980

On April 9, 1980, Glenda Jones was found face-down in a well house three hundred feet from her house. Glenda had been strangled to death.

Melody Ann Jones

Suspicious Death
May 5, 1983

On May 5, 1983, the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Office requested OSBI assistance with investigating the suspicious disappearance of 19-year-old Melody Ann Jones. That morning, Melody's husband, 20-year-old Paul Richard Jones, was discovered deceased inside the home. Paul's injuries were consistent with homicide. Melody Jones was not located at the scene and reported missing. In October of 1998, skeletal remains were discovered in rural Seminole County. On August 7, 2024, the remains were positively identified as Melody Jones.

Paul Richard Jones

May 5, 1983

On May 5, 1983, Paul Jones was found stabbed to death in his home in Earlsboro, Oklahoma. His wife Melody Jones was missing and has not been seen or heard from since.

Joe David Key

February 12, 2001

Joe Key disappeared from the Talihina, Oklahoma area on February 12, 2001. Joe suffers from a seizure disorder and is partially blind. Joe is a Native American male, 5'9", 150 lbs, with brown hair and eyes. He has tattoos on his left arm and one of his hands, and has scars on his face.

On November 22, 1999, the body of Betty Kilburn was discovered in her home in Bristow, Oklahoma in Creek County. She had been beaten to death.

Cynthia Dawn Kinney

Missing Person
June 23, 1976

On June 23, 1976, Cynthia Kinney was abducted from a laundromat in Pawhuska, Oklahoma in Osage County. Cynthia and her three abductors left the area in a faded light beige 1965-1966 Plymouth. The vehicle had a dent on the left rear fender and had a red and white license plate, unknown state. Cynthia was a white female, 5'1", 97 lbs, brown hair. Suspect 1: White male, 18-22 years old, dark shoulder length hair, acne scars on cheeks, ruddy complexion, and slight build. Suspect 2: White female, 25-30 years old, 5’4, 125 lbs, medium dark collar length hair, dark tan complexion, painted eyebrows. Suspect 3: White female, 15-19 years old, 5’1, 110 lbs, shoulder length dirty blonde hair, light complexion, slim build, painted eyebrows.
