About

The new OMMA Patient Services Lobby represents our ongoing commitment to quality public service. By offering an in-person space dedicated to patient and caregiver licensing inquiries, OMMA provides Oklahoma patients with a more streamlined and accessible support experience.

Visitors may schedule an appointment using the instructions below. Alternatively, all existing digital and phone customer service channels remain fully operational for all license types.

Appointments and Location

The lobby is located at our main building in Oklahoma City: M.C. Connors Building, 2501 N. Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, OK 73105.

Appointment timeslots are available for booking Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (except for state holidays). If no timeslots appear on the booking page, all current sessions are full. Additional timeslots will be added regularly.

All specific details—including a preparation checklist and parking instructions—will be provided in your confirmation notice once your appointment is successfully booked.

Services Available

The OMMA Patient Services Lobby is intended to assist with application assistance, renewal inquiries and general support.

Lobby services are only available for patient and caregiver license types. Other applications and renewals continue to be processed online.

Please note: No physicians are on-site to provide patient recommendations. Patients should refer to the OMMA Registered Physicians list to find a recommending physician and obtain a recommendation before their appointment with the OMMA Patient Services Lobby.
