Administrative Court Calendar
Overview
OMMA’s administrative court is held on the first floor of the M.C. Connors Building in Oklahoma City. Seating in the court is first-come, first-serve with priority given to respondents and parties with official business before the court. Respondents and parties with business before the court may direct filings to HearingClerk@omma.ok.gov. The public can request legal filings via an Open Records Request.

Rules for Courtroom Conduct
By Order of the Executive Director, the following rules apply to proceedings in the administrative court:
- All counsel, witnesses, and members of the public participating in or observing proceedings of this Court shall conduct themselves with courtesy and civility.
- Counsel shall be permitted to use cell phones or laptops, so long as the use of the device does not disrupt the proceedings.
- Neither counsel, witnesses, nor members of the public shall be permitted to audio or video record within the Courtroom. Witnesses and members of the public shall refrain from the use of cell phones, computers, recording devices or other electronic devices while in the Courtroom. All witnesses and members of the public shall exit the Courtroom to use any electronic device.
- Cell phones, computers, recording devices, or other electronic devices shall not be audible.
- Professional decorum shall be maintained during the course of all proceedings by counsel and witnesses. Counsel should direct all arguments to the Administrative Law Judge. Counsel should instruct clients and witnesses about the proprieties of their conduct.
- No person shall carry a firearm or other weapon in any Courtroom of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority Administrative Court, except for law enforcement officers.
- A willful violation of any Standing Order or Court Order may subject a party, witness, or counsel to contempt proceedings or sanctions.
