Report Theft/Loss

Use the OMMA MedPortal to report any theft or natural disaster-related loss. When submitting a claim, please provide your OMMA license number, business name and missing product information, including Metrc RFID tag numbers. 

We are prepared to receive these reports per OMMA Rules (442:10-5-13). We can also provide information regarding how to reconcile medical marijuana inventory and support communication with Metrc. If a power outage causes you to lose Metrc access, refer to 442:10-5-6(h) in the rules for next steps.
