Use the OMMA MedPortal to report any natural disaster-related loss. When submitting a claim, please provide your OMMA license number, business name and missing product information, including Metrc RFID tag numbers, if known.
OMMA is prepared to receive incoming reports of loss pursuant to OMMA Rules (442:10-5-13). We can also provide information regarding how to reconcile medical marijuana inventory and support communication with Metrc. If a power outage causes you to lose Metrc access, refer to 442:10-5-6(h) in the rules for next steps.
