Emergency Order of Summary Suspension and Embargo: Temple of Kush LLC
HYDRO, OK — The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) has issued an emergency order to suspend the operations of Temple of Kush LLC (GAAI-NRV1-GE13), effective immediately. The action follows a routine inspection revealing state regulatory violations posing a threat to public health and safety.
During a site visit on Feb. 5, 2026, OMMA compliance inspectors discovered nearly 280 packages of untagged, untraceable marijuana harvest. During the inspection, the respondent attempted to improperly tag 31 of those packages and backdate them in the state inventory tracking system.
All OMMA-licensed businesses are mandated by law to utilize the state inventory tracking system to track medical marijuana from the time it is grown to the point of sale. This ensures that products are traceable and safe for patient consumption.
All marijuana products on the premises have been placed under administrative embargo. Temple of Kush LLC is prohibited from purchasing, transporting or selling any medical marijuana products while the suspension is in effect.
OMMA will continue to take decisive action against activity that violates OMMA rules and regulations to ensure licensees operate in compliance with the law. As this and other investigations continue, OMMA pledges to keep the public informed of developments.
