Emergency Order of Summary Suspension and Embargo: Red Ox Grow LLC
CYRIL, OK — The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) has issued an emergency order to suspend the operations of Red Ox Grow LLC (GAAI-VGDU-XP56), effective immediately. The action follows an investigation revealing state regulatory violations posing a threat to public health and safety.
On Jan. 13, 2026, OMMA investigators identified and embargoed several untagged medical marijuana plants not reported in the state inventory tracking system. All OMMA-licensed businesses are mandated by law to utilize the state inventory tracking system to track the marijuana they grow, process and/or sell. This ensures that all marijuana is traceable in the regulated marketplace from the time it is planted to the time it is sold in a dispensary.
Additionally, investigators observed medical marijuana storage and waste disposal violations. OAC 442:10-7-1(g)(3) and OAC 442:10-9-6(b) require OMMA-licensed businesses to properly store and dispose of medical marijuana in a manner that protects public health and patient safety.
During the investigation, it was also discovered that Red Ox Grow LLC does not hold an active Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control (OBNDD) registration. OMMA-licensed businesses are required to obtain and uphold OBNDD registration in accordance with 63 O.S. §2-302(A).
All marijuana products on the premises have been placed under administrative embargo. Red Ox Grow LLC is prohibited from cultivating, moving or selling any medical marijuana products while the suspension is in effect.
OMMA will continue to take decisive action against illegal activity to ensure licensees operate in compliance with the law. As this and other investigations continue, OMMA pledges to keep the public informed of developments.
