ELK CITY, OK — The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) has issued an emergency order to suspend the operations of Ohana Canna LLC (GAAI-OC8E-DVIF), effective immediately. The action follows the discovery of state regulatory violations posing a threat to public health and safety.
On Feb. 12, 2026, OMMA compliance inspectors attempted to conduct a routine inspection of Ohana Canna LLC but were refused access to inspect the premises. As a result, the OMMA Office of Investigation and Enforcement responded and conducted an investigation with only limited access to the premises.
During the investigation, OMMA investigators identified untagged, untraceable medical marijuana including 4,000 plants, 21 packages of clones and 11 containers of harvest. Investigators also observed medical marijuana storage violations.
All OMMA-licensed businesses are mandated by law to utilize the state inventory tracking system to track medical marijuana from the time it is grown to the point of sale. Additionally, businesses are required to adhere to proper storage protocol to protect public health and patient safety. These measures are in place to ensure medical marijuana is traceable and safe for patient consumption.
Investigators also found that Ohana Canna LLC does not hold an active Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control (OBNDD) registration, required by 63 O.S. §2-302(A).
All marijuana products on the premises have been placed under administrative embargo. Ohana Canna LLC is prohibited from purchasing, transporting, processing or selling any medical marijuana products while the suspension is in effect.
OMMA will continue to take decisive action against activity that violates OMMA rules and regulations to ensure licensees operate in compliance with the law. As this and other investigations continue, OMMA pledges to keep the public informed of developments.
