OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) has issued an emergency order to suspend the operations of OGKUSH LLC (DAAA-K8VP-3GVQ), effective immediately. The action follows a routine inspection revealing state regulatory violations posing a threat to public health and safety.
During a site visit on Feb. 5, 2026, OMMA compliance inspectors discovered more than 230 untagged, untraceable marijuana products in various forms. All OMMA-licensed businesses are mandated by law to utilize the state inventory tracking system to track medical marijuana from the time it is grown to the point of sale. This ensures that products are traceable and safe for patient consumption.
All marijuana products on the premises have been placed under administrative embargo. OGKUSH LLC is prohibited from purchasing, transporting or selling any medical marijuana products while the suspension is in effect.
OMMA will continue to take decisive action against illegal activity to ensure licensees operate in compliance with the law. As this and other investigations continue, OMMA pledges to keep the public informed of developments.
