AGRA, OK — The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) has issued an emergency order to suspend the operations of Jinshan, LLC (GAAI-8MXN-ZWLN), effective immediately. The action follows a routine inspection revealing state regulatory violations posing a threat to public health and safety.
During a site visit on Feb. 6, 2026, OMMA compliance inspectors discovered over 1,679 lbs. of untagged, untraceable marijuana and approximately 700 plants located in an unsecured, wooded area of the premises.
All OMMA-licensed businesses are mandated by law to utilize the state inventory tracking system to track medical marijuana from the time it is grown to the point of sale. Additionally, businesses are required to implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized entrance into areas containing marijuana. These measures are in place to ensure products are traceable and safe for patient consumption and to prevent theft or diversion of medical marijuana plants or products.
Inspectors also discovered that Jinshan, LLC does not hold an active Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control (OBNDD) registration. OMMA-licensed businesses are required to obtain and uphold OBNDD registration in accordance with 63 O.S. §2-302(A).
All marijuana products on the premises have been placed under administrative embargo. Jinshan, LLC is prohibited from purchasing, transporting or selling any medical marijuana products while the suspension is in effect.
OMMA will continue to take decisive action against activity that violates OMMA rules and regulations to ensure licensees operate in compliance with the law. As this and other investigations continue, OMMA pledges to keep the public informed of developments.
