Emergency Order of Summary Suspension and Embargo: Harvest Group 168, LLC

Tuesday, February 10, 2026

SKIATOOK, OK — The Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) has issued an emergency order to suspend the operations of Harvest Group 168, LLC (GAAI-F20N-K3BC), effective immediately. The action follows an investigation revealing state regulatory violations posing a threat to public health and safety.

During a site visit on Feb. 4, 2026, OMMA investigators discovered untagged, untraceable marijuana, including 30 plants and over 100 lbs. of harvested product. Investigators also observed improperly stored medical marijuana products on the premises.

All OMMA-licensed businesses are mandated by law to utilize the state inventory tracking system to track medical marijuana from the time it is grown to the point of sale. Additionally, businesses are required to adhere to proper storage protocol to protect public health and patient safety. These measures are in place to ensure medical marijuana is traceable and safe for patient consumption.

All marijuana products on the premises have been placed under administrative embargo. Harvest Group 168, LLC is prohibited from purchasing, transporting or selling any medical marijuana products while the suspension is in effect.

OMMA will continue to take decisive action against activity that violates OMMA rules and regulations to ensure licensees operate in compliance with the law. As this and other investigations continue, OMMA pledges to keep the public informed of developments.
